Hi Catherine - the online code above is genuine and operational - we have double checked with Very.co.uk that it is live. There is a technical issue whereby you have to use the code immediately after you set up your new account in the same session. If you log back in after not making your first purchase and try and use the code it will not work. Just used this code, works fine.
To make it clear, apply for your credit account first, with nothing in your basket, then order and use code.
If it doesn't accept it, phone the 0844 number and use option 1 for website fault, you get straight through, no waiting in a queue.Rating:

Could I check with you first that:

This is your first order with Very.co.uk
Your order was over £40 in value
You placed your order and attempted to use the discount code in the same session as creating your new account

I'm sorry to hear you have had trouble with trying to use it.
May I ask if you have registered your email with Very.co.uk before, either at an earlier date or within a different session while trying to make your
first purchase with an account?
There is a known fault that you need to purchase your first order within the same session you set up the account. If you log out / leave the screen then go back it will not recognise you as a new customer.
If you would still like to use the first order discount the best way from here is to call them double check the status of your account and use the discount code by quoting it to them. The number is 08448 222 321Rating:
